Storm Jude - 50° 29' 6.9180'' N 2° 26' 48.6996'' W
The St Jude storm of late October 2013 ripped through the Southern coast of the UK and North Western Europe. It caused extensive damage and claimed 17 lives. In the English Channel (where this series was created) the fast moving nature of the low pressure system created rapid and fascinating changes in light, surf and weather conditions. These pictures were taken in the same location in just over one hour between 11.00am and 12.20pm.
